##Cold brew: the cold method for the best iced tea
Nothing is more refreshing than iced tea on a beautiful summer day. Ice tea is best made without boiling water, i.e. cold brewed. Cold brew tea is brewed in a carafe of cold water and refrigerated overnight.
Matcha can also be used as an iced tea! It is a delicate soda without sugar. Cold brewed is a raw form of matcha, so the good properties of matcha come out even more.
For this iced tea we use high-quality matcha powder from Kagoshima Prefecture as well as finely chopped tencha leaves.Tencha leaves are the same leaves used to grind into matcha. The mini leaf pieces are delicious to drink with. The perfect texture for a cold brew matcha iced tea. Healthy and refreshing!

12 -15 grams / liter or 3-4 grams per cup
Brew the tea with water at 20° Let steep for at least 8 hours in the refrigerator.
Serve with ice cubes.
