Organic dates without stone
Our Deglet Nour dates are grown in Tunisia and have a beautiful, somewhat amber color. They are only dried, without first being cooked in sugar syrup. That makes these dates less sticky than the very sweet dates from the supermarket.
These Deglet Nour dates are about 3 cm in size and have a beautiful texture and pleasant bite.
Pitted and ready to fill
These dates are delicious and healthy as a snack. But because of their size and structure, they also have the ideal shape and taste for filling. Which is easy and convenient, because they are already pitted.
Use
Fill the dates in with nuts, chorizo, with goat cheese and walnut, with game pate and cranberries. Sweeten your stews with pieces of dates, or add them to tagines.
