Use bicarbonate in pancakes, cakes, bread and other baked and fried dishes.
Bicarbonate is added to cooking water to tenderise vegetables. In your butcher's shop and in Asian cooking, bicarbonate is used to soften meat.
Wash your vegetables in cold water with bicarbonate to remove pesticide residues.
Bicorbanate is also suitable for cleaning your toothbrush and dentures. Soak overnight in a glass of water with bicarbonate.
