Natural, freeze-dried apple slices with no additives

For our freeze-dried apple slices we use tasty apples that we cut into larger segments. No sugars are added, we do not use any added flavourings, colourings, preservatives or other additives.

Freeze-dried fruit with intense flavor, and all nutrients

The freeze-drying process extracts all the water from the fresh fruit in an ice-cold vacuum environment. During that process, the apples only lose the water they contain. All the rest remains unchanged: the taste, the smell, the shape and all nutrients. The only change is the weight, for 100 grams of freeze-dried fruit you need more than one kilogram of fresh fruit.

Using freeze-dried apple segments

Use our freeze-dried apple slices as a snack, or crumble them in muesli or as crunchy topping in a smoothie. They are easy to combine with other freeze-dried fruits such as strawberry, mango and blackberries.
