Our organic baobab powder is made from the dried and ground pulp of the African baobab tree's fruits. Fresh baobab fruit contains a lot of fibres and antioxidants. The pulp has a low moisture content and can easily be ground into powder, without the use of high temperatures.

As a result, all healthy nutrients of fresh baobab are well-preserved in this powder. Baobab powder has a subtle citrus flavour.

Use

Delicious in smoothies, with breakfast cereals or porridge.
