Pure coconut, without additives
This block of pure coconut is completely pure and contains no additives, preservatives or other additives. That is why the coconut blocks keep their optimal, full coconut taste. It is a pure product which forms the ideal basis for home-made coconut cream or coconut milk. You can choose whether you want to make a thick cream or soft milk, entirely to your own taste and needs.
Make your own coconut cream
Use creamed coconut or santen for the preparation of homemade coconut cream. Mix 1 part creamed coconut with 3 parts warm water. Vary the thickness of the cream. If necessary, use coconut water instead of plain water for an even stronger coconut flavour.
Use creamed coconut directly in dishes.
Break up small pieces of the coconut block and add directly to dishes or wok dishes. Use enough liquid. Stir well until an even cream has formed.
