This herbal tea is the perfect tea to start your day. It contains a well-balanced blend of powerful herbs that awaken all your senses. Pure black currant leaf and stinging nettle give more energy and strength. Fennel and chamomile help you digest your breakfast. Lemongrass and apple give this tea a delicious invigorating character.
Use
1 tsp per cup of warm water. Steep for 10 minutes.
