This buckwheat drink is a mild drink made from buckwheat and rice. It is free from lactose, sweeteners and cholesterol. Furthermore, it contains a lot of proteins, fibres and is low in fat. Therefore, this drink is a perfect healthy substitute for regular milk that can be enjoyed by the whole family.

Buckwheat drink with Italian rice

Our natural buckwheat drink is made with organic Italian rice. Combined with cold-pressed sunflower- and safflower oil and a pinch of sea salt, this drink gets her typical taste and texture.

Water is an essential component in rice- and grain drinks. The water used in the buckwheat drink comes from a mountain spring in the Italian nature reserve of Lessini, in the Little Dolomites (Italy). This buckwheat drink is produced by The Bridge, an Italian family business. They have been making high-quality rice- and grain drinks for over 20 years.

Ingredients

Ingredients: water, buckwheat (8%), Italian rice (17%), cold-pressed sunflower- and safflower oil, sea salt. From organic farming so without chemical additives or fertilizers.
