Cardamom has a fresh, floral taste with a warm, powerful and spicy aroma. Our cardamom seeds have been stripped of their pods. This makes the taste and aroma particularly intense.

Cardamom seeds are also an important ingredient in spice mixes all over the world, such as the Marrocan Ras el hanout and the Ethiopian berbere.

Versatile seasoning in the kitchen

Use karmedom in biscuits and cakes for a deliciously warm, spicy aroma. In desserts, or in combination with chocolate (milk).

Cardamom seeds are very popular in curries. It is also very tasty in sauces, soups and stews. Famous is the Arabic coffee with cardamom.
