This pumpkin seed oil is made from organic, toasted pumpkin seeds. By toasting the pumpkin seeds before pressing, the oil gets a more intense, nutty aroma.

Use

You can use pumpkin seed oil in dressings, dips and marinades or as a finishing touch on pasta and fish dishes, steamed vegetables and in soups.
