Our sprouted oat flakes are from organic certified cultivation. They are 100% natural without any additives.
The germination process is started with purified water. The sprouted seeds are slowly dried, the temperature never exceeding 42 degrees Celsius. Once completely dry, they are rolled into flakes, without steaming.
Superhealthy, easily digestible and very tasty
The germination process of grains or seeds is an explosion of vitality and vitality. All the necessary nutrients in the grain are made available after germination. Moreover, these good substances are more easily absorbed by the body.
No phytins
Extremely large quantities of cereals, seeds, beans,... contain phytic acid, a so-called antinutrient. Germination is the best way to eliminate these phytins. The germination process itself breaks down the phytine to a very large extent. Germinated oat flakes give you the very best of oats.
Use sprouted oat flakes.
Germinated oat flakes are used exactly like 'normal' oat flakes. In muesli, porridge, home made granola, or simply in yoghourt.
