The jewel dew among green teas
Guyokuro is an originally Japanese green tea which grows for 3 weeks in the shade and therefore differs from ordinary Sencha, which grows in the sun. Because of its shadowy growth and emerald green colour it is called Gyokuro, literally "Jewel Dew" and praised by tea connoisseurs.
Use Sencha Gyokuro
Use 1-2 teaspoons per cup, let steep 1-3 minutes at 75-80°C
