Use

Dill is an indispensable seasoning in Scandinavian cuisine. It is often used with pickled vegetables, salmon (in gravad lax), mayonnaise and potato salad. Dill is also delicious in bread, stews, salads, soup, on fish, peas, beans, carrots, squash, beets, potatoes.
