This finely ground wholemeal flour is an easy and delicious addition to other types of flour. Rice flour is naturally glutenfree. It adds a crunchy note. Rice flour tastes relatively mild and neutral.
Use rice flour for baking cookies and crackers. In combination with other flour, rice flour can be used in pancakes, waffles and pastry as well. Not ideally suited for baking bread. Yet, sprinkling some rice flour on top of bread dough makes it drier without completely hardening it.
