Rosemary in the kitchen
Rosemary has a strong, warm aroma and a distinct flavor, somewhere between basil and thyme. It is used in Mediterranean cuisine as a spice. Rosemary is an ingredient in Mediterranean herb blends such as bouquet garni and herbs de Provence.
This finely chopped rosemary is great to use. It is not as large and coarse as whole rosemary and you can still see the beautiful bits of rosemary in your dish, which you won't have with the powder.

- Works well in combination with bay leaf, chives, garlic, oregano, parsley, sage and thyme.
Unlike many other herbs, rosemary does not lose its strong flavor or aroma when cooked.
