Fine pieces of dried lemon zest

This lemon peel is the zest of dried lemons from which the white skin or marrow has been removed. Dried, the lemon zest is just as tasty as the fresh one. So save time in your kitchen when your recipe asks for fresh lemon zest and use this dried version.

The lemon zest are finely chopped. This allows you to incorporate them directly into all your dishes.

Use in recipes

This lemon zest is dried and therefore very concentrated. Use 1/3 of the requested amount of grated fresh lemon zest in a recipe. You can soak the lemon zest in water for 15-30 minutes before use.
