Soak sea spaghetti in cold water for 20 minutes before use to rehydrate it.
Use sea spaghetti as an alternative to or combined with tagliatelle in soups, stews, pasta and noodle dishes. Sea spaghetti also adds a nice salty flavor to salad. Briefly fry pre-soaked sea spaghetti in a pan with garlic, salt and pepper. Serve with tuna, salmon or scallops.
tip: Use the soaking water from the spaghetti afterwards as the basis for a salty salad dressing.
