Organic vegetables in jars
Pit&Pit vegetables in jars, that is a story of honest simplicity with only 3 ingredients: organic vegetables, water and a little pinch of salt. No fancy photos, no wrapping of the jar. Transparent: "What you see is what you get." All our vegetables are organically grown, so no chemical sprays, no pesticides or herbicides, and no additives.

Our chickpeas are convenient, ready to use. Just rinse them and use them into your dishes. Our cjhickpeas are from certified and controlled organic cultivation, so without the use of artificial fertilizers, without chemical sprays. They are 100% natural with no preservatives, acidity regulators, or added sugar.
Honest products, with deep respect for the growers.
For our potted vegetables, we work as much as realistically possible with the shortest chains possible, as locally as possible, and with only 2 parties: the processor and the growers in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Portugal...
Of course there are also more distant backup countries to guarantee product availability- organic vegetable growing is never a sure harvest - but even then we work with the shortest of chains, excluding wholesalers or big importers.
The harvest price is obviously important, but it is secondary to long-term relationships with the growers.
This way we do not get the cheapest raw materials, but we do get the tastiest and best to process ones. Farmers all over the world must be able to make a decent life while growing organic vegetables, so that they can continue to invest in their organic crop.
