This flour is made from 100% organic spelt grains. Whole grain spelt is finely milled and remains unsifted. Spelt flour tastes slightly milder than wheat flour. Spelt is just as nutritious as wheat, but is easier to digest.
Ideal as a base for spelt bread or as a substitute for wheat flour in numerous recipes.
