This hulled barley - also known as barley groats - is completely organic and natural.
Barley is hulled by means of a special grinding technique. During the process, the barley grain is left intact. This way the natural nutritional value is optimally preserved.
Soak the barley for 6-8 hours, then cook 45-60 minutes. Use barley in a fruity grain salad or as an alternative for rice and quinoa.
