Herb is widely used in Mediterranean cuisine and is also popular in Eastern European cuisine. In Bulgaria, savory is known as chubritza.

Works well with basil, bay leaf, cumin, garlic, marjoram, mint, oregano, parsley, rosemary and thyme.
1 tbsp of savory per cup of boiling water, 2 to 3 bags per day.
