Noble Sweet paprika

Our noble sweet paprika is a traditional Hungarian paprika variety (Edesnemes) grown in Spain. It is a sweet, mild paprika with a full flavour. The powder has a dark red colour and is very finely ground.

Sweet paprika powder in goulash

Noble sweet paprika is a necessary ingredient for the preparation of typical Hungarian goulash. A few tablespoons of paprika powder add extra flavour and colour to the dish. Hungarians also use paprika powder to bind the goulash.

Use

Paprika powder adds flavour and colour to all your dishes. Sweet paprika powder can be used in larger quantity.

Combines well with allspice, cumin, cardamom, saffron, turmeric, garlic, rosemary and thyme. Do not let the paprika powder burn, because then you will get a bitter taste.
