For the base of our organic herbal vinegar we use a natural, high-quality white wine vinegar with an acidity level of 6%. We add fresh Provençal herbs: thyme, rosemary, laurel, savoury, oregano and sage.
Use this herbal vinegar for Mediterranean salads, soups, fish and dips. Or as a sour base for meat and fish marinades.
