Dried dessicated coconut

We make our coarsely shredded coconut by grinding pure, dried coconut meat. The ground shavings are then pressed through a sieve of 2,8mm. This way we obtain coarse coconut shavings with the natural taste and aroma of coconut. Our shredded coconut is 100% pure, without sugar, sulphur and other additives.

Use

These coconut shavings are the perfect finishing touch for desserts, pies or biscuits. Sprinkle some shredded coconut on sweet banana slices for a quick and healthy desserts. It is also delicious in muesli, homemade granola bars, shakes and smoothies.
