Olive oil produced from 100% Koroneiki olives is a true rarity among olive oils. Olives of the Koroneiki variety are small and firm. They are known for their fruity character, which forms the basis of this delicious, fruity but not bitter olive oil.
Only fully ripe olives are picked by hand and transported directly in baskets to the mill, where it is immediately cold pressed.
In the first cold pressing, the high quality extra virgin olive oil with fine fruity and mild taste is produced within a few hours. Due to the fast and perfect processing we obtain an extremely low acidity of 0.3%. That is less than half the legal limit of 0.8%.
The olives used are grown organically certified according to EU regulations. This means that they are free of fertilizers, pesticides and herbicides. Regular analyses of olive oil by laboratories approved by the EU confirm its high purity and quality. Any contact with synthetic materials and additives is strictly avoided. The olive oil is therefore completely free of plasticisers.
Our olive oil is delivered in a suitable dark oil bottle, which protects the product well from light.
The picture in a table carafe only serves the purpose of neatly displaying the product in a transparent container. The oil is therefore not delivered in this carafe.
Ingredients: pure and organic olive oil from Peloponnese, Greece. Extra-virgin and therefore cold pressed, unrefined and without plasticizers.

This product is packaged and/or stored in a facility that also processes products containing nuts, peanuts, mustard, celery, gluten, sesame, soy and sulphite. Despite all precautions, this product may contain traces of these allergens.
