These authentic soba noodles from buckwheat have a mild and somewhat earthy flavour. It is a naturally gluten-free pasta with a low glycemic index. Our soba noodles are organic, 100% pure and free of additives.
Cook for 5-6 minutes in a large pot of salted water.
Serve the cooked noodles on a plate with chilled Japanese dip sauce, like tsuyu or regular soy sauce. Or use them in warm pasta sauce, stir-fries, soup and salads.
