This garlic was hand-smoked the traditional way on beech wood. This process results in mild, sweet aromas and a pleasant smoky touch that makes the garlic that much more delicious. Smoking turns the garlic amber and gives it a very delicate flavor. The garlic is cut to a fine granulate of 1 to 3 mm.
