Our red angel hair is made of dried, finely-cut red chili peppers. It is the perfect garnish for any dish that asks for mild sharpness (Scoville score of 2/5) and some extra colour. Use angel hair in salads, soups, with fish, meat, vegetables, kimchi, pasta or as a beautiful botanical in spicy gin&tonics.
