Our bouillon powder is of the highest quality and contains no additives or fillers, not even yeast or added salt.
We make our vegetable stock base as it should be: with lots of vegetables and just as many herbs and spices! We use carrots, celery, lovage, onions, leeks, broccoli, savoy cabbage, etc. All of these ingredients are grown organically, and none of them contains any gluten. The result is a savoury, spicy and versatile broth.
Shake the jar and stir the stock powder vigorously, every time you use it, for the best results.
Add 1 tablespoon of this stock powder per litre of gently boiling water and 2 tablespoons of oil, for example extra virgin olive oil.
Braise the soup vegetables and pour gently boiling water. Add the stock base to the soup in the last 12 minutes of cooking time and stir well. Always cook gently for best results.
Use this spicy stock powder to season your dishes by adding it to the cooking water of potatoes or vegetables, or to sauces.
When using this bouillon powder you can add salt, or for example salty samphire, to taste. Depending on whether you want to eat salt-free, low-salt or salt-conscious, you gain control of the salt content in each dish.
