Healthy sugar substitute

With xylitol you make healthy desserts and cakes.

Xylitol has a low glycemic index of 13 zn contains as much as 40% fewer calories and still tastes just as sweet as granulated sugar. The grains are slightly coarser and less likely to clump.

From Finnish Birches

Our xylitol is made from xylose from sustainably grown birches in Finland. This production is completely free of genetic engineering. Our producer uses water and energy sparingly to reduce CO2 emissions.

Use

Use xylitol just like sugar and in the same amounts. Use a maximum of 9 to 12g per person per day. Xylitol is easily soluble and resistant to hot temperatures. Use it to bake cakes and cookies or to make ice cream, desserts and sauces. For jams and marmalades use our xylitol gelling sugar.
