These famous white Muntok peppercorns are made of ripe, red peper berries. After harvest, these berries are soaked in water to loosen the spicy peel. After removing the peel, the peppercorns are sundried.
The result is a mild, white peppercorn with a warm, creamy taste. Our Muntok pepper is 100% pure and free of additives.
White Muntok gives a delicious taste to white fish, seafood, stews and potato soup. This pepper also combines well with meat, rice, pasta, steamed vegetables and white sauce.
Grind the peppercorns in a peppermill or with a mortar before use to release the flavour.
