Trassi is a fermented shrimp paste in block. The smell is very powerful but disappears during cooking. Trassi gives your dishes a delicious, authentic Indonesian taste.
Use a small amount of trassi shrimp paste, often no more than half a teaspoon. Add it at the beginning of the preparation and let it toast along for a while.
Ingredients: corn flour, salt, shrimp (9.5%).
