This organic soy cream is a plant-based alternative to cream as a dairy product. It contains no gluten and fits perfectly into a vegan diet. Soy naturally contains a good deal of vegetable protein, which creates a natural, creamy consistency, ideal for a cream substitute.
Sunflower oil and safflower oil provide a cholesterol-free soft cream that is in no way inferior to dairy cream.
Use this product instead of regular cream. For example, as a base for a white sauce, in desserts or cakes. You can easily add it to your favorite soup or that delicious sauce for an extra creamy touch.
Shake well before use. Store in a cool and dry place. Once opened, store in the fridge and use up within 4-5 days.
