Use

Organically grown thyme is used in soups, stews, sauces, with fish, poultry and meat. In Creole cuisine thyme gives flavour to grilled meat and fish dishes.

Also be sure to add some thyme to egg and cheese dishes (such as quiche, frittatas and omelets), cabbage, potatoes, tomatoes, leeks and legumes. You can even use thyme in cakes, especially in combination with lemon and almonds.
