This spelt drink is a mild drink made from whole wheat Italian spelt. It does not contain lactose, sweeteners or cholesterol. Therefore this spelt drink is a perfect alternative for cow's milk, which can be enjoyed by the whole family.

Thanks to her mild, neutral flavour and creamy texture, you can use this versatile drink in sweet and savoury dishes. Add in muesli, oatmeal, pancake batter, smoothies, sauces, soups, coffee, tea, etc. Or enjoy a cold glass of refreshing spelt drink!

Speltdrink with whole wheat Italian spelt and spring water

Our natural spelt drink is made from whole wheat organic Italian spelt. Combined with cold-pressed sunflower oil, safflower oil and a pinch of sea salt, this drink gets its typical flavour and texture.

Ingredients

Water, Italian spelt (15%), cold-pressed sunflower- and safflower oil, sea salt. From organic farming so without chemical additives or pesticides.

This product contains the following allergens: gluten(spelt), gluten. May contain traces of: soy. This product is packaged and/or stored in a facility that also processes products containing nuts, peanuts, mustard, celery, gluten, sesame, soy and sulphite. Despite all precautions, this product may contain traces of these allergens.
