These noodles made from brown rice and wakame have a mild taste. The noodles are naturally gluten-free and have a low glycemic index. Our brown rice and wakame noodles are organic, 100% pure and free of additives.
Cook 5-6 minutes in a large pot of salted water. Noodles from brown rice do not stick as much as eg. soba noodles. They are easy and quick to prepare.
Noodles are very popular in Eastern cuisine. You can also serve them with a warm pasta sauce, or in stir-fries, soup and salads.
