Grains of paradise are the whole seeds from the Aframomum meleguata plant. The seeds have a warm, fresh-sour and spicy flavour. Our grains of paradise are 100% natural and free from artificial aromas.

Grains of paradise are a staple in the Moroccan cuisine. They are also delicious in stews, beef, game, poultry, crustaceans, tajines or as a fresh note in vinaigrettes and dressings. Add to dishes as a last step.
