This flour is made from 100% organic rye grains. The wholemeal flour remains unsifted. Rye flour is solid. It contains a huge amount of healthy dietary fiber. Rye satisfies the stomach and reduces hunger. Since it contains less gluten than wheat flour, rye bread does not rise much.
Use rye flour to prepare black pudding, pumpernickel, rye porridge, crispbread, rye bread, sourdough bread, pepper nuts and breakfast cookies.
