This whole-grain quinoa flour is made up entirely of finely ground quinoa seeds. These seeds were rinsed to remove all saponins. The result is an all-natural, pure and naturally gluten-free flour without additives.
Quinoa flour can be used in all kinds of recipes. Partially substitute some flour in your favorite recipe by quinoa flour. When using quinoa flour, make sure to shorten your baking time and lower the temperature. Add some extra fat, eggs or thickening agent as well. Succes is (almost) always guaranteed!
Use quinoa flour in bread and other baked goods like pies, pancakes of waffles. Combine with other gluten-free types of flour, like buckwheat flour or soy flour.
