Cloves with a sultry taste

Warm, strong and rich taste with a strong aroma of camphor and pepper. They are used in spice mixtures all over the world: in Indian garam masala, Chinese five-spice powder, Dutch koekkruiden and the French Quatre Epices. Throughout Asia, they are popular in curries.

Use

Cloves are very intense in flavor and smell. So use only a small amount so that the flavor clove does not overpower your dish.One clove corresponds to 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves.

Also works well with allspice, bay leaf, cardamom, chili, coriander and fennel.
