The origin of our pomegranate molasses

We select pomegranates of the Azerbeijan-Queen variety. These juicy gems ripen under the warm sun and are nurtured by the cool mountain winds that blow through the area in the evening and at night, near the Caspian Sea. This climate creates fruits with high fructose content and a distinctive flavor that makes our molasses unmistakable.

When we make our molasses, about 5 kg of pomegranates are used per liter of syrup, using only the deep red, organic pomegranate seeds. Bonus? Our pomegranate molasses contains only 16.7% sugar and has a slightly more liquid consistency compared to common varieties. These features give our syrup a more complex flavor and make it a healthier and more convenient choice.
