How to use passion pepper

Finely grind passion pepper or steep whole in sauces, soups and stews.

Add ground passion pepper to grilled meats, game, fish, seafood and vegetables. Passion pepper is also very tasty in sweet preparations such as fruit salad, cakes, desserts with chocolate or compote.

You can use passion pepper in drinks such as tea, rum, mulled wine and sangria.
