No extra fish are even caught for these capsules. The oil is extracted from the liver of cod while the rest of the cod is used to eat as fillets.

These omega-3 capsules are rich in the omega-3 fish fatty acids EPA and DHA and has scientifically proven health claims for maintaining proper heart, brain and eye function.

Ingredients

Ingredients: codfish liver oil, capsule casing (beef gelatine, glycerol, water, vanilla aroma) and tocopherol-rich extract as antioxidant. 2 capsules contain 336 mg omega 3-extract of which 112 mg EPA and 168 mg DHA.
