This organic chinese wok spice mix can be used widely in all your Asian wok dishes, and to china-style dishes in particular. This spice mix gives a deep, savory flavor in this mix and is not spicy.

All herbs and spices in this lamb spice mix are from controlled organic farming. Grown so without the use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides.
Pure herbal mixture without added salt
This herb mix contains only 100% natural herbs, without additives, anti-caking agents, fillers, maltodextrin, yeast extracts, flavourings or glutamates. To this oriental wok seasoning mix we have added no salt at all - all the flavors come out on their own.
Use

Add the herb mix to your dish to taste. Let simmer for a few minutes. Serve with noodles, or rice.

Marinate chicken, tofu or other vegan cuts, vegetables, meat and fish in a mixture of rice oil and oriental spice mix.
