Natural, freeze-dried blueberries with no additives

For our freeze-dried blueberries, we use only fully ripe, whole blueberries. No sugars are added, we do not use any added flavors, dyes, preservatives or other additives.

Freeze-dried fruit with intense flavor, and all the nutrients still in it

The process of freeze-drying removes all the water from the fresh fruit in an ice-cold vacuum environment. During that process, the blueberries lose only the water they contain. All the rest remains: the taste, the smell, the shape and the nutrients are preserved and come out even more intense. Only the weight changes, for 100 grams of freeze-dried fruit you need more than a kilogram of fresh fruit.
