Our Formosa Oolong tea is a half-oxidized tea from the north-eastern mountains in Taiwan. After harvest, the tea leaves are oxidized up to 50% and then naturally sundried. This process gives oolong tea its mild scent and large, wild-curled leaf. Even though the technique for making Oolong originates from China, some of the finest oolong teas come from Taiwan.
Our Formosa Oolong tea has a light colour and a floral, spicy flavour with a mild aroma. A delicious tea to enjoy throughout the day.
2 tsps for 1,75dl water (at 90°C). Steep for 1-2 minutes.
