Everyone can be a baker

With our bread mix, you can bake your own bread in no time. Simply add yeast and salt to this multigrain mix.

This multigrain bread is made from a combination of various grains and seeds: wheat, millet, barley, corn, sunflower seeds, flaxseed, soy, spelt, rye, and oats. With one mix, you can bake around three loaves.

Goodness from a family business

Did you know this mix comes straight from a Belgian miller? Pit&Pit collaborates with a family business that has built up expertise over four generations and consciously chooses local ingredients.

What makes a good loaf of bread?

Our bread mixes are crafted with carefully measured ingredients. When using the mix, let it come to room temperature before you start, especially if your storage area is on the colder side. Also, use lukewarm water for the best results.

Small adjustments to the amount of water can make a big difference. Adding more water allows the bread to rise better, resulting in a softer loaf. However, stick to the maximum amount indicated in the instructions. If the dough doesn’t rise as expected, try adding a small teaspoon of ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) to the flour.

Once your bread is ready, let it cool on a rack to prevent it from becoming sticky. The final result of our multigrain mix is a compact and hearty loaf.
