This unique spice blend adds special flavor to baked and roasted zucchini preparations, but eggplant and other vegetables that naturally have less flavor.The deep, savory flavors in this blend are balanced with fresh herbs like lemongrass and lemon peel, and Italian herbs like basil and oregano.
Pure spice blend with no added salt
This herb mix contains only 100% natural herbs, with no additives, anti-caking agents, fillers, maltodextrin, yeast extracts , flavors or glutamates. We have not added any salt at all to this zucchini spice mix - all the flavors come out on their own.
Use

Add the herb mix along with olive oil to roasted zucchini to taste

Use them in stuffed zucchini

Make a dip of the herbs with cheese or yogourt and spread them on roasted eggplants
