White teff meal

White teff meal is a wholegrain and naturally gluten-free meal. It consists entirely from ground teff kernels. This teff meal has a mild taste that is reminiscent of chestnuts. 100% natural and free of additives.

Etiopian export ban

In Ethiopia, farmers have cultivated teff for thousands of years. However, the export of teff was prohibited for many years. This way the country wanted to guarantee the availability of food for its citizens. Only at the end of 2015, the ban was lifted. As the export of Ethiopian teff is still in its infancy, our teff comes from Spain.

Use

Replace 25% wheat meal for teff meal in bread or baked goods for extra flavour.
