According to Ayurveda, every person is a synergy of three doshas or life energies: Vat, Pitta and Kapha. The Ayurvedic tradition wants to restore the balance between the three doshas for a healthy and harmonious body. In every person, one of the three doshas is more dominant. For every type we offer a delicious organic herbal tea, without added aroma's.
If you are a Vat type, this Vatawala tea will bring you energy, creativity, clarity and peace. Of course you can just drink this tea for its delicious spicy, sweet taste.
Use
1 tsp Vatawala herbal tea per cup of warm water. Steep for 10 minutes.
Ingredients
Liquorice, ginger, coriander, anise, cinnamon, cornflower. 100% organic, without added aroma.
